Hi,

My and My wife's visa are valid till Jun 2012. But recently when we came from India the immigration officer issued us I-94 valid till 2015. My questions are as below :

1. If I continued to stay on I-94 beyond June 2012 on I-94 (which is valid till 2015). Would I have problem during my next visa interview ?

2. Should I go for visa extension ? Do i need to travel outside US for extension ? What is the process for it ?

3. If my visa extension is denied would i have to leave US even if I-94 is valid ?

4. Can I go for visa renewal from US ?

5. If my visa renewal is rejected can i continue to stay on I-94 ?

6. Would my wife's EAD card get renewed only on I-94 ?
