Have H1 approval for an year , probability of getting fulltime with the client

Hi everyone ,

I have my H1 petition approved till Oct of this year

Did not get the stamping done as yet.

There is a chance that I may be absorbed full time by the same client

How do I approach the stamping phase now ?

Client shall anyways do the transfer , can I do apply for the extension right away with paperwork from the client?

Did anyone have this situation earlier .... any kind of advice would be greatly helpful to me

The reason I am concerned is -

I haven't yet had a stamping done

I will need to go to India this year sometime for my sister's marriage..

Since the approval is till October , is it ideal that I apply for extension along with the transfer process?
