L1-B 5 years duration

Hi, I have a question on how L1-B 5 year duration is calculated. I got the L1-B visa and I-94 for 6 years ( 3 years + 3 years extn), but as I can only stay for 5 years I want to know whether my out of country duration(100 days) during my five years will be considered for additional 100 days of stay. Thanks in advance for your advice.

entry date on L1-B: May 31 2007

out of country duration: 100 days (vacation spent outside USA)

Ordinarilly, time spent outside the U.S. is not counted towards a foreign national's maximum amount of time permitted in L1 status.
