I-485 filing for spouse

My wife came to US on H4 visa in Indian passport. Then while here, she got Canadian citizenship and now also has a Canadian passport. However she is still here in the US on H4 only (I-94 in Indian passport). When I file for my I-485, I will be filing the same for her as well. In this situation, what passport details (indian or canadian)/visa information do we submit?

Submit both.

She must have traveled to Canada for the swearing in... did she re-enter on H4/I-94? If so, she is on H4. She has anotheir citizenship. No big deal as long as she has not entered the country on a B visa waiver.
