deep554 Posted February 13, 2012 Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 Hi, My PD became current and I would like to apply my I 485 throught the company lawyer and would like to self file my spouse's i 485. Can the derivative apply before the primary or does the derivative have to wait to get the primary's I 485 reciept before applying? Thanks! Link to comment
