Swapnil2007
Hi, I am an assistant professor in a two yr college system. A position same as my current position opened up in a different campus under the same employer (university system). The position was offered first for internal transfer to current employees (as per rules, before doing open recruitment), I applied and was selected after interview. My question is, what does my employer need to do to accomplish this successfully without causing any issues with GC application or H1B. I appreciate your opinion. Thanks. Link to comment
