seeking help :: Fastest Way to get H4 Visa

Hi,

My spouse and I are Indian citizens. My spouse is working on H1B visa and I am currently working on L1B visa. Now I want to quit my job this month end (feb End) and I want to change my status as her dependant and file my H4 visa. I do not want to wait 2.5 months to file I-539 and wait for the approval. What would be the quickest way to get H4 approved ?

I thought of below option but not sure if this will work -

a. Can I go with my spouse to Canada and get my visa stamped at border ? Is this possible ?

You cannot get visa stamped at the border....

Quit you job, go to india, get h4 stamping done and come back.... That would be fastest....
