Hi

Currently I am out of status on H1B.So planning to go out of country and move to H4, dependent to my husband's H1B visa.But my husband's H1 Visa is valid only till October 2011 and not yet applied for extension.He is planning to apply next month or so.

Is it ok, if I go out the country(India) and come back in the month of September.Will there be any risk involved in this, as my husband is having visa only till October?Or else, is it good going to Canada or some other nearby place and coming back immediately as early as possible?

Please help me out with this situation.
