H1B transfer - Does it affect my I-140?

I worked for a company A (Desi consulting with 40 employees) from 2008 to Sep 2011 and they applied for I140 for me in EB2 which was pending till now. This week I changed my job to company B (US employer with 5000+ employees). Today I received RFE on my I140 case.

Could anyone let me know....

1) Does changing employers while I140 pending affect it?

2) Can my previous employer continue the I140 processing with future employment option?

3) If my previous employer doesn't support/answer the RFE, does it affect GC process if my recent employer starts it?
