ramu_kanigalpula Posted February 9, 2012 Report Share Posted February 9, 2012 Hi, I'm working on L1B status in US, my company has filed L1 extension before my I-94 is expired and is in processing status. Later my company filed H1B as an overseas dormant. Could some one explain what overseas dormant mean? Also if my H1B is approved before my L1B extension is approved, can i start working on H1B?
