sailajausa
Did anyone get I-140 approval for Eb2 with 3 years degree+ one year diploma? Link to comment
schintala
It is very hard to get approval with 3 year degree alone in EB2. It would be possible if the degree is followed by masters degree awarded by recognized university. Is the Diploma from university and does it need to have a degree to award the diploma? If so, you may qualify and talk to good knowlegable immigrant attorney. Link to comment
sailajausa
Yes , it needs the degree to award one year diploma. I am searching all forums to get more details about it. Few people are saying 50% 50% chances for it and good lawyer is required. What key points, do we need to center of attention before submitting Labor & I-140? Link to comment
sailajausa
Can skilled workers(3 years degree+ 12 years exp) apply for EB2? Link to comment

inviteyour
Hi Sailaja, I am pretty much sure that 3-year degree with 1 year diploma will NOT qualify in EB2 category. Also your 3 years degree plus whatever experience will not qualify for EB2 category to my knowledge. You must do thorough check with your friends and attorney before apply in EB2 category. Good luck, Raj Link to comment
