H1B Stamping for lost passport in canada

Hi,

i did my masters in usa and i am right now in H1B

i lost my passsport and al H1B,study documents in a robbery last year and i got my duplicate i-94,passport,i-797,study certificates

my new passport doesnt have any f1 stamp ,my i-797 is applied on oldpassport number

do i need to have my old stamp on my passport to atttend interview

what are my chances of attending H1B visa interview in vancover? should i need to goto india only?

can you please suggest me best options i am in evc model

While filling DS160 you will asked if you have ever lost your passport. you have to fill in those details. I have my friend who lost his passport and has been issued a New passport, the VO asked about the lost passport details, like how it was lost, where it was lost and approved his visa. if you have filed a police complaint about the lost passport make sure to have all those documents to support your answers. and Good Luck.
