6 feb: h1b stamping approved@ Ottawa [evc model]

Hello everyone,

I want to thank everyone here on murthy as all of you have been putting in lot of good information that has helped me today in getting my h1b visa stamped here in Ottawa.

I would like to help out anyone in need here, i am in EVC model and i got it done today and expecting to receive my PP by Wednesday night.

Here are the q's asked:

VO: When did you come to US?

Me: XXX

VO: Who is your client?

Me: VVV

VO: How many vendors in between client and employer?

Me: 1

VO: How do you inform your employee about your work?

Me: Once every 15 days, we speak on phone to give updates.

VO: What is your job title?

Me: xxxx and i do yyy ( i just kept talking and he said enough)

VO: Your PP will be ready to pick up in 2-3 days

Did you do your studies in US? How long you are working here? I am hearing that those who did studies in US have no problem in stamping. Is it true? I did my studies in India and planning to go to Canada for stamping. pls reply.

Hi Arvigiri,

There is no need of Masters for the stamping in Canada. I did not did masters here but got my stamping done in canada. So carry all your job related documentation and your previous 1-797 etc and you will be done.

Additional information:

here they are only asking question for informational purposes. Same thing happened with my friend and in both of our cases, VO did not ask for any client letter & no verification etc were done.

So, i would advise Ottawa to anyone who wants to get their's done without much stress
