h1bgcgoodluck Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 Hi I was on F2 visa and applied for H1b and start working for that companay "A" but it was denied and then companay "A" filed MTR. I worked for 6 months after that I stop working and apply new H1b from another companay "B" and H1b approved from "B". I can apply for Green Card in future? I already consulated few lawyer but diff answer... One lawyer said it is leagal work as compnay has filed your H1b and other says No... How much chance I have to get GC? Link to comment
