IneedAllGreen
AILA shows 26 months of delay in processing for I-140 EB2 regular case. I had filed my I-140 to AAO on June 2009. I have been waiting for 32 months for case approval. As of now No movement in my case. Other than contacting AILA can we something else to make AAO work on my case. It is frustrating to see so much of delay. Link to comment
swetha_pb
why dont u go for premium, it's worth a fee $ more, rather than going though the pain. Link to comment

IneedAllGreen
I wish AAO allows premium processing but they don't. Link to comment
on_h1b_since_1998
IneedAllGreen, I have posted in some of other threads on this forum earlier that AAO wait is very frustrating and if you have any backup(like another 140 approved) I would suggest to withdraw AAO appeal. My case was similar and I had no hopes of my AAO appeal getting approved bcos my attorney had already screwed up my case. I withdrew(learned it hard way) after 1.5 years of my 2nd 140 approval and got my GC within 2 months of the withdrawal(I had ported 1999 date from my earlier approved case). Let me know if you need any further details. Good Luck. Link to comment
