Is my case visa renewal?

While booking H4 visa appointment date, there is question "Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?"

Not sure what should I select.

My background:

Got H4 visa on Aug 2009 (which expired on May 2011)

Went for H1 stamping in Dec 2009 and was rejected in June 2010

Got my another H1 petition approved (while in US) on Feb 2011.

Went for H1 stamping in Dec 2011 and visa was rejected in Jan 2012.

I am again going for H4 visa. What should my answer be for above question?

Just adding - My last H4 which expired in May 2011 was 'CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE'
