cautions for H1B transfer

I moved to Y company from X company. The Y company did the premium processing for transfer. Here my question there is diff in my resume from X to Y company.

I removed one of my past employer experience in the resume which was filed by Y company as that employer is no longer in the services. will it be any problem for me with the uscis.

Please let me know.

There may be no problem at USCIS, but playing with resume, work experience is not recommended. On day it will bite you. Always say truth, its easy to remember too.
