H1B Visa refused

I had my h1-b visa refused from Hyderabad consulate. I am under the EVC model as well. I was given 221g blue form with administrative verification and finally received an email with the refusal details- PETITION SENT BACK TO USCIS.

What are the chances of Visa reaffirmation? And how long will it take?

What are the chances of applying for H1 transfer through the vendor for the same client while this case is in pending status? Will that be helpful? Please advise. Thanks

What are the chances of Visa reaffirmation? Depends on the facts of your case

And how long will it take? it might take MONTHS to get reaffirmation

What are the chances of applying for H1 transfer through the vendor for the same client while this case is in pending status? A new employer (vendor) can file h1b petition on your behalf... No one can predict the chances of approval however if it gets approved, you still need to get stamping done.

thedarkknight- there are lot of post for the same you may just go through the forum and you will find so many similar case, please put some efforts before asking other, dont feel bad about it.

People who are going through this may not be in the position to provide same information at different places.
