sowmi.m
We filed our I485, I131, I765 documents at Nebraska center on 26 Jan 2012. We received the notice on 31 Jan 2012. The priority date on my spouse's receipt notice states 26 Jan 2012. My Priority date is listed as 22 Dec 2008. Should my spouse's priority date be the same as my priority date or should it be the notice date? Will the receipt notice date listed as priority date in my spouse's case delay her processing? Please let me know. Thanks. Link to comment

sanju1646
Myself and my friend are similar situation. In my case PD is correct for my spouse & myself, but incorrect PD (2012) and in my friend's case - his and one child is correct PD and incorrect PD (2012) for his spouse & 2nd child. Not sure it is like this and on what basis folks are saying this perfecly right, anyone checked with USCIS ?? I do not see any logic ... some experience member / attorney please clarify ...
