L1B- H1B : Status Voilation

Hi All,

I came to US on 2008 with L1B with Employer A, applied H1B with Employer B on same year approved, but never worked on H1B until 2010, i mean to say i have switched to Employer B and continuing working with them from 2010 and continuing.

With today's article about I485 filings in murthy, question triggered whether i have involved in any status violation ?

Experts i request can some one shed some light on this, as this clarifies better i don't day dream about GC ( i am at 140 stage with Employer B ) which i may never get with this issue..
