Minimum requirement selection in PWD for BS + 12 yr exp

I got PWD today, I'm having Bachelor of Engineering + 12 years of experience.

I noticed that in PWD form my attorney selected the "Masters" as minimum requirement section.

I checked with my company, below is response from attorney's office

Even though if you don't have MS,

to qualify a person for EB2, we must mark "Master's" in the

degree requirement. Otherwise, It will be EB3.
