Laid off soon after getting EAD, what approach to take

1. After recieving EAD and AP if a person loses job within 180 days, what is the safest way for him/her to not impact the I-485 adjudication?

2. If he/she gets a new job before the adjudication of I-485, should he/she take the new job on EAD/AP or should transfer his/her H1 (assuming H1 is still valid). Which one would b legally safer with respect to impact on I-485 adjudication?

3. What happens if a RFE comes between now and adjudication of I-485?
