sahamed0911
Hi - I have been with my current employer for 7+ years. I do not have any prior experience with any other employer. My Job duties did change more than 50% from my previous filing of EB3. My status is I140 approved with priority date in Feb 2009. I have only Bachlors(4yrs). Please let me know if my current employer can file in EB2 now and port my EB3 priority date? Thanks Link to comment
bartender
I think you need to be graduate (Master's degree) in order to be considered for EB2. I think you should also read this excelled article in Murthys website for clear explanation. http://www.murthy.com/news/n_3to2up.html Link to comment
dele
For EB2, your job needs to require a Masters degree or Bachelors degree with 5 years of work experience. Look at the job listing put out by your company for jobs similar to yours to see what the requirements are. Also talk to your company lawyers. They will be in a better position to tell you what category they would file for you if your company asks them to file Link to comment
