New EB2 without reference to old EB3

Hello,

I already have EB3 with company A - I 140 approved but like to apply for EB2 fresh.

I do not want to use the priority date of EB3 and I have finished 6 years of H1 B and

I am in extended H1 B visa because of my I140 approved with EB3.

Can I start a fresh EB2 with the same company A for the same title. I do not want ot refer the old one.

Is it possible.

My qualification

1) Bachelors of Commerce from University of Mumbai, India.

2) Education Evaluation done (dated 01-June-2006) by Foundation for International Services, Inc which states that my Bachelors Degree is equivalent to US Bachelors Degree..

3) 3 years Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Computer Institute (leading Computer learning Institute from India)

4) Over 11 years of work experience as of date with supporting experience certificates available.

Am I eligible to file GC on EB2, if yes, please advice how..
