Can I go as H4 dependent after that (My husbands green card application has not started as yet).or do I need to go back to India until his LCA is approved and then come here as a dependent? rrr2008 Posted February 2, 2012 Report Share Posted February 2, 2012 when is your husband's h1 is expiring? I guess you can do the Change of status to H4 here itself, if you husband is having a valid H1B period. Link to comment
