rnvkalz Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 Hi, My wife is currently on F1 Visa, OPT extension. I have recently moved from company P to company C. And my company C H1B transfer is approved. My wife was on OPT when i was with Company P and we have initiated her H4 visa with Company C. Now my wife got an RFE to show the proof of legal F1 visa. my current employer is working on it. Now, I am moving back to my previous company P in few days (they did not revoke my H1B visa ). So, my question is, Should i respond to the current H4 RFE immediately or apply for a fresh H4 visa for my wife with my previous company P? Any help is greatly appreciated. Link to comment
