I came to US in Aug 2007 and had L1 visa valid till MAR 2010. Before expiry i applied for extension in H1 and got extension till MAR 2013. Now planning to go india for a month. For applying visa can i mention Visa renewal or will this be new Visa process ? (In my case original L1 visa is expired , extension H1 is valid)
