I have agreed to pay 100% expenses with regards to my Green Card out of my pocket as they were not ready to pay. But later, I came to know that the employer has to pay for costs of preparing, filing and obtaining labor certification which will be $2500. I don't think my company will accept for that. My question is, can I hire a private attorney and pay for the above said services out of my pocket? Please clarify me. Thanks, Sri Link to comment
