kathi Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 Model:EC Visa Intvw:24th Jan 2012 VO:Passport and I 797,129,LCA me:Gave VO:who is your Employer me:XXX VO:wat does your Employer do me:XXXXXXX VO:How Long have you been with the Company me:XXXX VO:where do you work at employer location? me:said client Location VO:give your w2's me: Gave all 4 years w2's VO:give me your previous I797 me:Gave it VO:why did you change your company me:better growth and for better salary VO:how did you find this employer me:monster VO:what did you do at this school me:said masters after looking at the computer for a long time Finally Gave a 221g white slip and said will need some further verification and asked how long it will take she said it may take a Day ,week or a Month No Contact To employer or Client Till Now. Any one Faced similar situation, Is it always Employer gets an email in 221g Case. Guys Please Respond. Link to comment
Krish13 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 We are on similar position stuck in canada.Most of the cases they contact your employer or vendor but in some cases including myself, they did not send anything and not sure what are they verifying. Keep in touch with your client on this and have them respond asap if they get anything. Since your are on EC yours should be done in less time . Keep us posted Link to comment
