priyankaKapoor Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 Hello Friends, My employer planning to file my I-485 tomorrow as my Priority date is current on Feb-01-2012. I got my w2 form in year 2011 last week. I did not file my w2 form yet. I am submitting my I-485 documents to USCIS without including tax return documents (1040 in year 2011). I have included all tax return (1040) documents between years 2007-2010. Will it create any issue in I-485 process if I not include tax return form (1040) for year 2011? There is lots and lots of wrong information on ********. Each time I look at some random threads there, I find lots of false information. Not all that surprising, since the antics of the HR3012 supporters over there have driven all the knowledgeable people, like sangiano or LRIndy away... Link to comment
