EAD Documents and RFE Timeline

Hi,

I am here in the US on an L1 and my wife on L2. I have applied for my wife's EAD on Nov 15,2011 through online e-filing. The application is processed by Vermont SC. We received the Biometrics appointment on Dec 15, 2011 and that is completed. Now we are pretty much on the wait mode till we get to the 90 day mark (Feb 15, 2012).

Questions:

1.Are we suppose to send any further documentation supporting our case, since we have not sent any doc after the e-filing and i dont think they took any copies of any documents at the ASC during biometrics.

2. In a similar case like ours, the applicant has received an RFE to provide proof about visa status and documentation for the same. In such cases the RFE came on the 90th day and seems like they would have to wait another 60 days or so. Is there any way to expedite the case?
