Chitown01
Yes, you can attend stamping in Canada, however bear in mind that you are on an EVC model, and a lot (not all) ppl on EVC model are getting 221 g's and getting stuck... Make sure you have all the required paperwork and travel only if necessary.... Good Luck !! Link to comment
rahulreddym
What about L1 to H1 stamping? Can we go to Canada. I did L1 to H1 COS and planning to go to Canada for stamping. L1 being Specialized knowledge and the Masters has been already verified in India during L1 stamping. Can we carry additional documentation in support, Approved 140 in EB2, Education evaluation etc..? Link to comment

Krish13
First of all dont go stamping until you really need to . Ottawa is a bad place as most of us are stuck here on EVC and EC from weeks without any update even though we all have necessary docs they need. Not to discourage you but i dont want anyone to face this torture, i wish some one warned us like this before we come here. Search for other alternatives. Coming to MS degree it doesnt matter. dream16
OMG krish, are you serious buddy ? Is Ottawa that bad ? This is really surprising that other consulates are happily approving cases in EC model and you are saying that everyone in Ottawa is stuck for weeks with 221g in their hands on EC models :( :( :( Can you please provide more details and your email please ?
