However, we had come to India for my husband's Visa renewal (Expired April 2011). His Visa (based on L1A Blanket) got rejected and we are now filing for L1A Individual. My question is - if the L1A Individual gets approved, can I re-enter USA and continue working on my EAD? Or do I need to get my EAD renewed? Appreciate your response. Thanks Lavanya Link to comment
