But right now my wife is visiting India and supposed to be back by End of April 2012. In this scenario, I am going to transfer my H1B to another employer and he has filed for the transfer. But he hasn't filed for H4 as my wife is away in India right now. So I have the following questions? 1. Does she need to go to new H4 Stamping before coming to India? 2. If not required, can she come here showing my new H1 documents (as she doesn't have the valid H4 papers) at port of entry as she already have the stamping till Aug 2013? Appreciate your help.
