rajeshindia Posted January 28, 2012 Report Share Posted January 28, 2012 My employer is starting my GC process now (Jan '12) and it seems my PERM will be applied by May/June. I am in my 6th yr and my visa ends on Jan 25, 2012. Can someone let me the possibilities of my PERM approval and my visa extension within my end date? Also, is there any other way to stay for few more months until approval if my PERM is still pending by my end date? Please advise. Link to comment
