I have been in India for about 6 months during various times though not continuously and back in US on L1B. Now to reset the clock, do I need to stay in India for just 6 months since I was already there for 6 months earlier or is it full 1 year after the completion of 5 years of L1B. JoeF Posted January 29, 2012 Report Share Posted January 29, 2012 These various stays abroad don't matter for resetting the clock. You have to be abroad for 1 year after your last exit to be eligible for a new L1. Link to comment
