ChangeJob140 Posted January 28, 2012 Report Share Posted January 28, 2012 Hi All, I am working for a company A and got my I140 approved (Dec 2011 with PD of Aug 2011) . I am already in my sixth year (getting over on Feb 2012). I have got a very good offer from company B and wanted to join. Is is legally possible to change the job and get a three year extension? p.s I don't mind loosing my PD. Thanks Link to comment
noauditplz Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 You should be able to get a 3 year extension based on approved I140. if your new employer will file labor+I140 and get it approved in your 3year term, then PD can be ported.
