Going for Visa Stamping, Need your advise.

I am planning to go for Visa stamping, My last stamping was in 2008 and I guess many things have changed from then so want to explain my case and get input.

1) Did my master , got F1-H1b stamped on till Sep 2008 in Mexico.

2) After my visa stam this is my 3rd company working full time in Miami.

3) My six year H1 ends in OCt 2013, have I-797 till OCt 2013 with current employer.

My previous employer is processing my GC under future employement but he has got some Laobr cases on his compnay so no hope of getting approved.

Now I am planning to got to Ottawa for Visa stamping.

Any advise or suggestion is highly appreciated.

Looks good. Don't see any issues.

If possible, try Vancouver.

As long as it is direct employment there shoudn't be a problem, if its consulting EVC, Ec model you might face problems
