Sudhakar0204
Hi Forum I have applied for H1b through a consultancy in 2007 and my profile has been filed as i was having the IT experience from 2004-2007 as an Oracle ERP consultant. But actually i was in australia during that period on student visa. I haven't used my H1b and didnt travel to US. Now i would like to file for H1b in 2012 quota. This time if i dont show the same experience that has been shown first time, will there be any impact on the petition processing/visa interview process? Please advice..... Regards Prospective H1b applicant Link to comment
Sudhakar0204
THanks for your kind reply. As i am a H1b quota exempted person, because of my earlier stamping in 2008 ( though i didnt travel to US on that visa), Shall i apply immmediately for H1b with a new employer and go to US immediately after the stamping? Do does it come under the normal time lines as a new petition comes into validity from 1st October in a year? Please advise.... Link to comment
