Since 8 days, the status remain same and really worrying it may trigger RFE. This H1B approval is very important for me now. My case filed applied @California Service Center Premium Processing Applied/Received Date: 17th Jan 2012 Reciept Date: 18th Jan 2012 Status: Acceptance Waiting for Approval. As per the web site, Acceptance status should change in 2 business days, my case still shows since one week same. I believe in God and other than I cannot to do anything Please.. please..... share your ideas / experiences.... Link to comment

So ...iy might take time for you to see the change in site's case status . U might hear from yuor lawer soon on the approval . Wish you good luck . Link to comment
