EB1 C - International Manager Eligibility

Hi,

Below are my details, Please let me know if I would qualify for EB1 C (International Manger)

Total Exp: 12.5 yrs

Current role: Sr. Project Manager

Entered US on: 26-Jan-2007 (Since then I have been in US Only)

Currently on 7th yr H1B (have approved i-140 on EB3. PD - 12-Mar-2010)

20-Feb-2006 till 25-Jan-2007 - Project Manger (In India). (25 days less from completing 1 yr)

5-Sep-2005 till 19-Feb-2006 (again In US as Program Analyst)

20-May-2005 till 4-Sep-2005 - Program Analyst (but was leading a team of 12 software engineers and was responsible for their appraisals and day to day work allocation - In short role of a Team/Project manager)

Basically I wanted to know if the requirement for being a manager for 1 yrs in 3 yrs prior to entering US will count the duration of 20-May-2005 till 4-Sep-2005 when I was leading a team? because if these days are counted then I would be well over 1 yr in Manager role outside US before entering on 26-Jan-2007.

Please help........
