Salary lowered while changing employer - Can I retain PD when filing new PERM?

Hello,

I was working as full time employee in company A and I had I-140 approved under Eb3. Now I have changed job and moved to employer B who is going to file new PERM under EB2 (considering I have 4 years of under graduate degree and 7 years of experience) using previously approved I-140 and he will try to retain previous priority date.

But the base salary on which I am working at employer B is quite less (around 20K) than what it was previously. So can it be a problem in getting PERM & I-140 approval from company B under Eb2 using previously approved I-140?

Also, what is minimum salary requirement to file PERM under EB2?

please advise.
