L1B-L2 Posted January 26, 2012 Report Share Posted January 26, 2012 Hi Everyone! I have got the H1B COS from L2. Now I need to get it stamped. The H1B is valid till 2014. Now since I do not have the visa stamped on my passport, i would need a valid stamp to reneter. Once I go out of US boundaries I 94 will be collected which bears the name of the employer. What is needed to get the H1B stamped from vancover. and my home country is India. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

Go to Consulate website, each consulate has different rule. In General you will need the following: Copy of I-129 and LCA and supporting docs submitted during cos I 797 A approval notice original Recent Pay Stubs and W2 Current Offer Letter degree certificates etcc Link to comment
