I work for a company which did my labor in EB3 in june 2009 my labor and I-140 are approved in EB3. I filled my EB2 in December 2011. If my labor gets cleared by Febraury 2012 and the PD for EB2 is 01/01/2010. My Eb3 pd is 2009 can i file I-140 porting and 485 concurrent assuming that DOT will port my I-140 of EB3 labor and the date will be current for me. Can you please let me know if this is possible.
