Order of GC processing...

Hi,

My EB2 PD is Nov 2008 and I became current in Jan 2012 visa bulletin.

I have sent my documents to my attorney this week.

In the mean time, USCIS have made current PDs until Jan 2010.

Will USCIS process GC applications in order of priority dates or based on their receipt date

after being made current?

Since they have moved the dates by several months, I am wondering if the quota for this year will run out

if my GC was applied later than someone with a later PD.

No, they haven't yet. The February VB is not valid yet. We are still in January.

first come first served after PD is current and assuming it remains current at time of processing.

They are processed in FIFO ( First in First Out) Basis.
