request000 Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 Hi, I have an approved I-140 (PD Jan 2009) in a EB-3 mode with my current employer. The current employer 'A' had filled under EB-3 mode since I had only 4 years of work experience and a US equivalent Bachelors degree. Now I have gained another 4 years additional work experience from current employer 'A' (total exp is now 8 yrs). Now, can an another consulting company 'B' make me their employee and file me a fresh GC in EB-2 mode for a EB-2 qualified job requirement (using the 8 yrs Exp and the US equivalent Bachelors degree) ? if the answer is "YES" for the above question, can I work for company 'A' as a consultant (since I am company 'B's employee) ?
