Planing to Join new employer - H1 transfer is premium or Noramal is better

My employer is planing to apply H1 transfer , He is willing to do it Normal process. I am requesting premium process , but he is saying that client is not willing to give letter. So better to go with Normal process.With out client letter can we go with Premium process. Please suggest me which option is better.

Ask him to get the Premium process, Never no about the companys , if they found good guys they may dump u.

With or without premium you will NEED client letter.

You will surely get an RFE

The only difference is with premium you will get it in a week and with regular after 2-3 months
