I-140 Amendment

I have my 1st I-140 approved with company X with PD of June 24th 2010.

My actual employer company Y filed my labor and got I-140 approved, but the PD on the approved copy was April 29th 2011.

We have filed an amendment of for the I-140 from company Y for retaining the old PD of June 24th 2010 first week of this month.

In case, if the dates become current in March 2012 VB for June 24th 2010, Can I still file for I-485 with company Y when Amendment is in process

since my original PD is June 24th 2010.

Please advise so that I can take necessary steps.
