judy618 Posted January 23, 2012 Report Share Posted January 23, 2012 Hi, My attroney submitted prevailing wage determination for PERM labor certification with job title marketing research analyst. But the prevailing wage from DOL too high because they changed the job title to Marketing Manager. We tried to get the job salary survey from survey companies, but we can not get it. Because many survey companies said they don't have the match data. So we changed the job description and made it totally the same as the O*NET information. I have no idea it will working or not.
