I am a full-time employee with a major US based IPO company and was wondering if there is a possibility of getting 221g. I have my experience letter to the US Consulate from my company. Chitown01 Posted January 23, 2012 Report Share Posted January 23, 2012 As long as you have letter, recent paystubs and your company is NOt a Consulting company with layers between you and the end client she should be fine. EVC, EC models have higher chances of 221g Link to comment
